About AMTR

A considered wardrobe.

AMTR studio with paper patterns pinned to the wall, a black jacket on a dress form and fabric swatches on a wooden table

AMTR makes everyday clothing with a distinct point of view — clean lines, deliberate volume and fabric with some weight to it.

The work starts on paper. Patterns are drafted around the shoulder line, then tested until a tee, a jacket and a coat all sit correctly over one another.

What reaches the collection is the short list: the pieces that earned their place.

  • 01

    Numbered, not seasonal

We release in collections — 000, 001 and onward — when the pieces are ready, rather than on a fashion calendar.

  • 02

    Fit, published

Every product page lists fit notes and garment measurements, so you can compare against something you already own.

  • 03

    Pieces that work together

Each collection is drafted as a system: tops, layers and trousers share proportions and a narrow palette.
